We open all year and are conveniently situated in the heart of Seaford within walking distance of the wide beaches, excellent sports facilities, restaurants, shops and museums. The Avondale provides the perfect blend of modern comforts with traditional courtesy and service.

Seaford is almost halfway between Brighton and Eastbourne making it the perfect base for touring and exploring Sussex. Don’t worry if you do not have transport, we are only 250 yards away from Seaford Railway Station and 50 yards from the main Brighton to Eastbourne bus stop. If you wish to cycle there is local bike hire which will enable you to explore the many cycle routes. Or, if you prefer to walk, we are ideally situated for the enthusiastic walker and those who prefer a gentle stroll.
